A minimum $50 deposit refundable security deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve a date. Tax exempt groups must submit a tax identification number and make payments with a school or booster check. Taxes will be applied otherwise. No exceptions will be made.

Ballroom assignment is assigned at managements discretion based on the final headcount given. To be guaranteed Ballroom One, client must agree to pay for a minimum headcount of 140 adult guests for events held Monday through Thursday.

Arnaldoʼs requires the renter to supply a copy of our policies to all venders under your hire. All venders and persons assisting with your event must use specified entrances within the agreed upon time for delivery and removal of items.

Venders and deliveries are allowed after 2:00 p.m. the day of the event unless otherwise agreed upon by management. Ballroom One corresponds with delivery door one. Ballroom Two corresponds with delivery door two. Arnaldoʼs employees are not available to assist your venders, therefore all venders are required to have proper assistance during set up and deliveries.

Items may not be attached to walls, mirrors, ceilings, floors, lights or doors by any means (including nails, tape, staples, magnets or other substance). Absolutely no confetti, glitter, rice, silly string or similar product are permitted on the premises. All centerpieces must arrive prearranged. Should you ignore these regulations, damage or clean up fee may be applied.

All decorations and items belonging to vendors or guests must be removed the day of the event. If they are not a storage fee will be applied. Arnaldoʼs banquet center is not responsible for items left following the event.

Tables are set for no less than 10 per table. One additional table will be set up for each 100 guests paid for. Additional tables are available for $20 each with advance notice. Other than persons setting up for your event, no one is permitted in the facility until one half hour before the scheduled start time. Arnaldoʼs Banquet Center must be vacated by all persons one half hour after quitting time. A fee may be applied for persons remaining in the hall.

Children must be attended to by an adult at all times and are not permitted on the stage in Ballroom One or stairway located in the Lobby.

Only the person listed on the contract shall be permitted to make decisions and changes regarding contract.
